  • What size trailers do you have?
    Ice Box offers 2 convenient sizes that fit into a single parking space 12 foot and 16 foot.
  • How much does it cost?
    The rates are as follows: 12 foot trailer: $195 daily with (3 day min) $995 weekly $3100 monthly 16 foot trailer: $225 daily ( 3 day min) $1250 weekly $3400 monthly + delivery fee and taxation
  • What electrical is required to run the trailer?
    The trailer can be supported by standard household power. Any 115-volt, 20-amp dedicated circuit is sufficient.
  • Do the trailer doors lock?
    Yes, and additional can locks are provided at no extra charge.
  • What locations do you serve?
    Our emergency call coverage extends approximately 200 miles from our central location near Mobile, Alabama. Additionally, we provide planned services in southern Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Florida Panhandle.
  • Do the units have the capability to freeze and/or refrigerate?
    Our units are designed to either freeze or refrigerate, but not both simultaneously. Each trailer is equipped for either freezing or refrigeration, not both concurrently.
  • What is the capacity of the trailer?
    Our 12 foot trailer has a capacity of 430 cubic feet and can accommodate up to 8000 pounds of any cargo you have.
  • Do you provide an ice service?
    While our name has the word ice in it , we are currently not involved in the ice business; our sole product is cold air.
  • Can the trailer run on a generator?
    Generators can be used when deemed necessary. ICEBOX does not supply generators.
  • Is it possible to adjust the temperature to negative 20 degrees?
    Our trailers are capable of maintaining a temperature of "0" degrees within a range of plus or minus 4 degrees, but unfortunately, we cannot go below zero.
  • Do your rates differ for weekend or emergency calls?
    Our pricing is transparently displayed on our website, and in the event of equipment breakdowns during unconventional times such as nights, weekends, or holidays, we do not impose emergency rates. While some competitors might, we uphold fair pricing practices and refrain from exploiting such situations.
  • Is a ladder necessary to access your trailer?
    No, just a small step up is required to enter or exit our trailer. If you can strike the Captain Morgan pose, you can easily access our trailer.
